Windows XP Profesional 512mb de ram, celeron 1.73ghz,.

hola: Notebook Benq joybook a52e, se quemó su lector de cd integrado, quiero formatearla con un lector de cd extraible USB, pero me reconoce dentro del windows y no me da opcion de booteo desde ella, intenté de todo en setup.

el drama amigo es que no me está reconociendo el USB como dispositivo de booteo
