Hola gente, tengo un ordenador un poco antiguo (Pentium 3, 866 Mhz) pero q me tira bien para lo q necesito, lo unico es q me falta memoria ram (ahora tengo 256 Mb en 2 módulos de 12. Kiero ponerle un modulo DIMM 133 Mhz de 512 MB, y como tiene solo dos sockets kedaria unas 640 (512 + 12. Lo q no sé es si mi placa base está preparada para ello, la única referencia q tengo es: P.B. PIC PIII 754MLR. Además no sé si voy a encontrar un módulo de este tipo de memoria Ram, me gustaría ke alguien me orientara y me dijera donde encontrarla. Gracias! | |

Hola
Si empleas el programa gratuito "Everest Home Edition" podrás comprobar las características de tu placa base en lo referente a memoria.
Máximo global, máximo por slot, velocidad de la memoria, etc...

Aun puedes encontrar en www.alternate.es, es una empresa de Madrid bastante seria, yo hace unos meses le compre un dimm pc100 de 512.

Esa placa soporta hasta 1Gb en memorias PC133. Tambien es compatible con memorias de 66 y 100Mhz.
