Boot from ATAPI CD-ROM?

me aparece esto al iniciar y que falta NTLDR.
Mi disco duro lo formatie y no hice disco de arranque no ve el disco de instalacion de win xp y no se que hacer!
ya intente poniendo enprimer lugar cd rom,
pero no pasa nada..!
Ayudenme no se que hacer acepto que soy novato! jeje Gracias!
