Características: Windows XP Profesional pentiun 4 cpu 266ghz 512mb ran.

no se abre dico duro d tengo dos como reparar sin formatear ya esta escaneado y nada

Es preferible que hagas un diagnostico exaustivo de tus HD, posiblemente corriga los errores que tenga. Te aconsejo que utilices herramientas creadas para ello; como pueden ser MaxBlast (software de instalación) y SeaTools (software de diagnóstico).
