Características: Windows XP Home, PORTATIL PACKARD BELL AL QUE SE LE DESINSTALO VISTA .

al portatil packard bell se le desinstalo Vista e instalo XP S2, no conseguimos los drivers ya que solo encontramos para vista...gracias

Comentarios adicionales: El problema surgió justo despues de instalar un programa.
