Características: Windows XP Profesional, 256 mb athlon 20 gb.

mi cpu se apago subitamente y al encenderla nuevamente hace un ruido de un timbre y me pide insert boot diskette a no se como salir de este problema me urge su ayuda y de antemano gracias.

Comentarios adicionales: No había instalado ningún programa, ni cambiado nada de hardware en el PC.

Hola Chancla65, normalmente la bios de los PC, esta confugurada para iniciar por A: que es la disquetera de la computadora y si tienes un disquette introducido dentro del floppy, te envia ese tipo de mensajes, asi que verifica que no hay nada dentro de el o desconectalo antes de encender la pc a ver si te funciona y en ese caso tendras que limpiar o reemplazar esa unidad.
