Boot selection, no carga ¿que puede ser?

Características: Windows XP Profesional, intel pentium 4 2.40GHz, AMI BIOS AMERICAN .

Hola, el problema es que reinicie el computador, y al iniciar de nuevo, me aparece la
siguiente opcion: Press F11 for boot Menu, oprimo F11 y aparece Boot Selection Popup menu has been selected, cual sera el problema el sofware o el hardware ya intente iniciarlo con el disco de windows pero tampoco arranca, espero urgente respuesta gracias

Entra en el BIOS y seleccione como IDE master I el disco duro espero que te ayude
