Buenas yo tenia el mismo problema del error 183 que ustedes, la solución la encontre en este link http://www.bluesoleil.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=34&PN=2&TPN=2 en el texto que dice
If this is true so you have the registry permission problem. To solve this, go to Start Menu > Run and type regedit
Right click in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. Choose Permissions... Click in advanced. In the new window check the box Replace permission entries on all child objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects. Click OK.
Repeat this to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Probably you will receive some denied warnings in this step. This is completely normal.
Modifique esa parte del registry con eso, y se instalo el soft de una..
