hola mi pregunta es la siguiente mi pc al iniciarla me aparece esto plug & play configuration error y me da dos opciones f1 y f2, le doy a f1 e inicia windows xp pero persivo que los colores estan mal y cuando entro a cambiar los colores y la resolucion esta en 4 bits y 600 por 480pixeles y no cambia ninguna resolucion, tambien el monitor no lo reconoce es decir que no da ningun dato de el, luego entre a administrador de dispositivos y encuentro un signo que dice intel(r)82845g/gl/ge/pe/gv/e processor to agp controller- 2561, luego he notado que no dice nada de la tarjeta de video que este mal colocado, luego de esto decido reiniciar y cuando enciende pasa lo mismo y doy a f2 y entro a la bios pero hay no dice nada referente a la agp es decir pareceria que estuviera desactivada, la tarjeta es nvidia geforce 6200 le a. por favor necesito ayuda para este problema,le agradesco su ayuda,muchas gracias.

creo que debes desconectar uno por uno los dispositivos que hay en tu ordenador,asi encontraras cual es el que tiene el problema de plug & play, si esto no lo resuelve tienes que instalar los driver de tu placa base para que reponga los que le falten, espero que lo soluciones suerte. | |
