Fíjate en la pregunta que te hace el moderador "swissman", pues según sea la respuesta cambiará totalmente la solucion.
En el caso de interna/integrada, los conectores de audio estan en la misma placa, en donde conectas el raton, teclado, puertos ub,etc.
En el caso de NO integrada/pci, los conectores de audio están en una plaquita independiente, muy posiblemente cerca de donde conectas el monitor.

Según el reporte es estoy en lo correcto se trata de una integrada, asín qie deberas obtener los drivers de la controladora de sonido según el modelo y fabricante de motherboard en tu caso pcchips m825vxx en la pagina oficial.
