al encender el portatil me aparece,"error 0200 failure fixed disk 0",no lee del dvd pero si carga eslax1 (linux usb)por usb,pero no puedo acceder al disco duro ni al dvd,que hacer,gracias

Hola donsimon74, viendo el mensaje de error podríamos estar hablando de un problema físico con el disco duro, pero si tampoco reconoce el DVD y los dos son IDE o SATA es probable que el problema sea de la controladora
