Características: Windows Vista Windows Vista Home Basic, Intel Celeron 3,46ghz.
yo consulte por el siguiente problema
"cada vez que quiero cambiar un fondo de escritorio, las instrucciones para realizarlo aparecen en inglés y no sé como cambiarlo ya que es la única opcion que visualizo con este idioma.
Intenté en configuracion regional pero esta todo bien, es decir, en español, pero aun así sigue apareciendo en inglés."
realice lo siguiente como indicacion del foro:

cierra todos los programas, navegador incluido, ejecuta HijackThis pulsando do a system scan only y marcas las siguientes entradas:
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe
pulsa fix checked, sin reinciar pasa ccleaner, para limpiar los temporales y cokies y registro, y regclener
reinicias y nos dices que tal va, pega el log de nuevo

Realice lo siguiente según indicacion del foro:
Marqué la siguiente entrada: O4 - HKLM\\..\\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\\SMINST\\launcher.exe
Hice click en Fix Checked, pase el Regcleaner y reinicie y este fue el resultado
(Aunque todavia sigue apareciendo las instrucciones en ingles cuando quiero cambiar el fondo de escritorio)
